1 What We Sell

We sell custom novelty cards — printed plastic cards designed to look stylized for entertainment value. These are not, and have never been, government-issued identification.

Our products are intended for: gag gifts, birthday surprises, bachelor/bachelorette parties, photo props, costume accessories, collectibles, and inside jokes between friends.

2 What We Are Not

We are not a fake ID service. We do not produce counterfeit government documents. Our cards do not contain holograms, barcodes, magnetic strips, RFID chips, or any other security features found on real government identification.

Our cards are clearly marked as novelty items and are not designed to pass as, replace, or be mistaken for any official document. We do not knowingly produce items intended to deceive identity verification systems, retailers, law enforcement, or any other person or institution.

3 Customer Responsibility

By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You are using the card for lawful, novelty purposes only.

• You will not use the card to misrepresent your identity, age, or any personal information to any person, business, government body, or institution.

• You will not use the card to attempt to obtain age-restricted goods, services, venue entry, or anything you are not legally entitled to.

• You understand that any misuse of a novelty card is your sole responsibility, and The Card Shop Oregon bears no liability for actions taken by customers after delivery.

4 No Refunds

This includes (but is not limited to): typos in submitted information, change of mind, incorrect photo uploads, wrong state/design selection, dissatisfaction with print result based on the data you submitted, or shipping delays beyond our control.

Please double-check every field before submitting your order. The information that appears on your card is exactly what you submit on the form. We print what you give us.

5 Order Process & Timing

Orders are processed in groups (batches). Your order will not begin printing until your batch is complete. Print and ship times vary depending on batch size and our queue.

Once your batch enters production, no changes can be made to any submitted information.

6 Shipping & Lost Packages

Every order includes 2 copies of your card by default.

Once a package is handed to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delays caused by the carrier. Tracking information will be provided when available.

7 Privacy

Information you submit (name, photo, signature, address) is used solely for printing and shipping your order. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Submitted photos and signatures are stored securely and accessed only for fulfilling your order.

8 Acceptable Use

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including (but not limited to) orders that:

• Appear designed to closely mimic an actual government-issued ID

• Use the name or likeness of another real person without consent

• Contain content we deem inappropriate, offensive, or unlawful

If an order is canceled by us before printing, the customer will be notified.

9 Changes To These Terms

We may update these terms at any time. The version posted on the website at the time of your order is the version that applies to that order.
